I’m ratheR “Down Under”
Time : 9:40pm Place : Malaysia, KLIA Occasion : My departure. My family and friends… truly, my heart cried out ever so much the night i left all of you guys behind but my ego got the better of me so no tears were shed. My heart though, was heavier. I’m missing my home and you guys, friends and family alike, and i cannot wait to get back on the plane back home. The journey on the plane was ok, though rather tiring. The latest show they had on the plane was some film by John Cena titled the "The Marine" Bah~! Poppicock! I didn’t watch it. :S The food on the place wasn’t that good either. I survived the flight though. The most trying and tiring ordeal though was when i had reached Sydney airport, and i had to wait there(Inside Sydney airport) for 6 whole hours~~!! I had to wait for the domestic flight i had to take to this place/town i’m in now called Barthurst. Small town, farm like kinda place. When i wear my superman t-shirt, i feel like clark kent on the kent farm! Muahahah!! Sorry for the side track. Couldn’t resist! hehe 
The plane i sat on from Sydney to Barthurst was rather scary. It was one of those scrooge mcduck launchpad kinda planes. I don’t know how to explain it, but the plane dips a fair bit when there is turbulence, so you imagine the feeling. :s Anyways, i’m finally here, and after a week of hassle and organizing all the small itsy bitsy, but important stuff, i’m settled. Yay~! Well, I finally managed to get my internet connected, which is why I haven’t been online for the past week since i left Malaysia which also explains the fact that it’s been quite a while since i last wrote in my blog. That’s, as i have said earlier, due to the fact that i needed time to settle in, look for a place to stay, get my electric, water, phone bills etc all done and all the other nitty gritty stuff. Well, as it is now, i’m finally moved into my house that i’ve managed to rent for the remaining duration of my time here. I was staying in a motel before i found this place, and it’s $72 per night in that motel and i stayed there for 4 nights!! Those 4 nights came up to a grand total of $302 aussie? Golly mate… SPIFFLING figure now ain’t it? For those of you in the blur, I’m currently in Australia doing my degree in Bachelor of Arts (Advertising-Communication). FOoyOHhH… sounds professional? Nah… it’s basically a degree in advertising. So life here so far isn’t as tough as i would have expected, neither is it a life that is too fun living. I find myself using a lot of money and the "$1000 dollars per month" from my mum doesn’t seem enough to use. :S Oh well, and no… i’m not overspending or doing unnecessary shopping but basic living expenses here are rather high to say the least. I won’t go into details, but just so you know, living expenses are high. 
I’ve enrolled into all of my subjects so that’s good news… i guess… The people here are generally friendly except for the few that give me an occasional stare or two…, but all in all, they’re just swell mate! I’m having a problem trying to stick to my diet plan here. Don’t ask why, i just can’t seem to diet!! I just ate bacon, sausages, and spaghetti for dinner… =_=" Maybe it’s the cold weather here… hmmm *rubs tummy and consoles self* But i shan’t put on weight God willing. Hmmm let’s see, what else… cooking is basically done by Sue-Ann(Girlfriend) and washing is done by me. It’s autumn soon, and the weather at night can really really really get cold~~ *shivers* I dread winter time.. :s Gosh, i have so many things to type and tell, but i’m all over the place aren’t i? I think i’ll just sign off now and perhaps my next post will be a little more well organized. Miss all you guys back in M’sia heaps! Swell on ya’ then mates! See ya then~!
